Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time, Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Monday 12:00pm-7:30pm, Tuesday 11:00am-6:30pm, Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Off

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21.00 $24.25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

PCI is seeking a Client Solutions Associate who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and a proactive problem-solver. This individual will be excited to support clients, troubleshoot application and account issues, explain financing terms clearly, and provide responsive and knowledgeable service.

What You'll Do

• Serves as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
• Verifies client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
• Provides real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
• Delivers exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Reviews and confirms loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have but not Required!

• Experience in a call center or with high-volume support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• Schedule: Part-Time, Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Monday 12:00pm-7:30pm, Tuesday 11:00am-6:30pm, Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Off

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $21.00 $24.25 per hour.

• Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency! Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communications skills.
