This practice boasts state of the art facilities, spanning services across multiple different areas of Dermatology.

Locations: 6 locations throughout Houston and the Houston suburbs

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 3–5 days per week (flexible)
• Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference
• Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider's interest)
• APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Guarantee: $350,000 – $400,000 (based on number of days worked)
• Collections Model:
• In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to 50% over a certain threshold
• Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages
