Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners in accordance with manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best experience. Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damage aspects are identified. Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person. Prior collision estimating experience preferred. Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC1 preferred. I‑CAR / ASE certification preferred. Strong organizational skills. Successful completion of a background check required. Physical & Environmental While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus.
