Our team provides specialized experience and knowledge in financial management, process analysis, intelligent automation, risk management, and performance measurement to support project activities.Specific initiatives and work products that this role supports include:Supporting transformative initiatives by collaborating with team members and senior stakeholders to modernize financial and operational processes through intelligent automation solutionsAssessing existing business processes and procedures to identify pain points, manual activities, and automation opportunities. This includes coordination with process stakeholders to complete current-state assessments, review relevant documentation, and evaluate future-state solutionsGathering business and functional requirements and translating them into scalable automation solutions using UiPath and related technologiesDesigning, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational effectivenessSupporting the implementation and enhancement of automation capabilities across financial management, audit readiness, budget, acquisition, grants, and other mission-support functionsCreating process documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, testing plans, and training materials to support solution development and deploymentAssisting in the creation of project plans to support end-to-end automation development efforts and ensuring realistic timelines are established, communicated, and executedCommunicating project task updates and solution status to senior-level executive clients on a regular basis and confirming shared understandingCollaborating with senior team members to embed financial management standards into the design and development of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with federal financial policies, audit readiness requirements, and operational integrityCoordinating with other team members and/or developing necessary skills to support financial automation, data analytics, process optimization, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for financial management use casesSupporting the development and deployment of UiPath automations, integrating automation solutions with financial systems and business processes, and leveraging complementary technologies including Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriateWhat You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related fieldTHREE (3) years of experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, including at least TWO (2) years of hands-on UiPath development experience.What Would Be Nice to Have:Active Public Trust, Secret, or higher security clearanceBackground supporting federal financial management organizations, OCFOs, or Defense financial operationsUiPath certifications (Associate Developer, Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, or similar)Experience working within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) or automation governance frameworkExperience working within a governance modelExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other commercial automation toolsExperience with software development utilizing Python, R,.NET, VBA, SQL, or similar programming languagesExperience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and conceptsExperience with business process analysis, optimization, reengineering, and change management initiativesExperience selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirementExperience supporting human capital analytics, financial management analytics, advanced data visualizations, or business intelligence solutionsAbility to develop insightful visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikUnderstanding of federal financial systems, audit readiness, internal controls, budgeting, acquisition, grants management, or financial reporting processesDesire and ability to continually expand technical capabilities related to intelligent automation, analytics, and AI in support of financial management transformationThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
