Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role involves providing direct clinical care to ICU patients during days shifts. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing patient care on a shift basis, supervising staff, and supporting the facilitys clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant educational background, minimum one year of clinical experience in ICU, and the ability to meet location requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU or critical care settings preferred.
• Additional Information: The ICU / CCU registered nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, and accountability to support the facility chief nursing officer in maintaining high standards of care, clinical staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
