Buscamos un Operador de Maquinas CNC que se enorgullezca de la precisión y la calidad de su trabajo. En este puesto práctico, se encargará de configurar y operar equipos CNC, monitorear el rendimiento de las máquinas y garantizar que cada pieza cumpla con las especificaciones exactas, al mismo tiempo que contribuye a un entorno de trabajo seguro, eficiente y orientado al trabajo en equipo. Configurar y manejar máquinas de control numérico para cortar, dar forma o moldear piezas metálicas según las especificaciones; Interpretar planos, esquemas y hojas de configuración para determinar los procesos de mecanizado, las herramientas y las dimensiones Realizar inspecciones de las piezas y garantizar la calidad utilizando herramientas de medición como micrómetros, calibres y medidores. Supervisar el rendimiento de las máquinas y resolver problemas, realizando los ajustes necesarios para mantener la eficiencia y la precisión. Conocimientos básicos o experiencia en mecanizado CNC (se valorará la experiencia en configuración, manejo o procesos de mecanizado). Capacidad para leer planos y utilizar herramientas de medición de precisión para verificar la exactitud de las piezas. Sólida aptitud mecánica y habilidades matemáticas, incluyendo matemáticas básicas de taller y resolución de problemas.
