Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Mid-Level M&A / Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Practice in Orange County.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle M&A and capital markets transactions
• Support general corporate matters and sophisticated transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and clients throughout deal execution

Qualifications

• Experience in general corporate law with an emphasis on M&A and Capital Markets
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Deal list required
