We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to become part of our expanding women's health services in southeastern New Jersey, the largest health system in the area and a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Practice Highlights & InnovationsCollaborative, Team-Based Care

• Become a member of a vibrant team of OB/GYN physicians, GYN-only specialists, midwives, and advanced practice nurses across various locations.
• Receive support from subspecialists, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Uro-Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and pediatric surgeons from a leading children's hospital.

Patient-Centered & Accessible

• Enjoy a balanced and flexible 4-day workweek that includes office, operating room, and labor & delivery shifts, with built-in time off.
• Providers typically work from one or two preferred sites located throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties.
• Work in a modern Medical Arts Pavilion that features comprehensive women's health programs, maternal-fetal medicine, and more.

Comprehensive Services

• Over 2,000 deliveries annually at our main hospital, equipped with dedicated labor & delivery and postpartum units.
• A 22-bed Level III NICU staffed by pediatric surgeons, providing care for high-risk and complex cases.
• Utilization of Cerner EMR and coordinated care teams to enhance efficiency and continuity of care.
