Job Title: HRIS Administrator (Contract)

Location: Marietta, GA

Pay Rate: $28-35/hour

Employment Type: Contract, 3+ months

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on Paylocity administration, leave management, benefits administration, and light payroll processing. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who can work independently and manage sensitive employee information with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain employee records within the Paylocity HRIS platform
• Manage employee leaves of absence including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, STD/LTD, and state leave programs
• Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, life events, open enrollment, and employee support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related questions
• Process light payroll updates and assist with payroll audits and reporting
• Maintain HR compliance documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes within Paylocity
• Generate HR and payroll reports as needed
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HRIS, benefits, or payroll administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Paylocity required
• Experience administering employee leaves including FMLA and ADA accommodations
• Knowledge of benefits administration, COBRA, and open enrollment processes
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll compliance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
