Facilities Craftsman

Description The Facilities Craftsman advances the mission of First Baptist Atlanta (FBA) by creating safe, functional, and welcoming ministry environments through skilled woodworking, finish carpentry, construction, and repair. This position supports worship, discipleship, outreach, and daily ministry operations while demonstrating excellence, faithful stewardship, and servant leadership. Qualifications Growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ Alignment with the beliefs, mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith of FBA Current member of FBA or enrolled in First Class with the intention of becoming a member within the first three months of employment High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or a related trade preferred Commitment to FBA's culture, including the Red Carpet Standard (H.E.A.R.T.) and the 3M Strategy OSHA, forklift, aerial lift, or other skilled trade certifications preferred Five or more years of professional experience in woodworking, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or commercial construction Experience in a church, educational, commercial campus, or hospitality environment preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills Proficiency in woodworking, finish carp Need info on how to become a Business Ministry Partner? #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
