Production Assembler – Full-Time

Location: Peosta, IA

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join a growing company in Peosta, IA. This is a great full-time opportunity for individuals with prior assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret assembly drawings to understand build requirements, finishes, and any custom product features

• Set up and verify that conveyor controls, safety mechanisms, and workstations are functioning properly

• Inspect hand tools and power tools to ensure they are in safe working condition

• Assemble products by fitting, aligning, and securing components and sub-assemblies according to specifications

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure all parts and finished products meet company standards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors or team leads when clarification or support is needed

• Clear materials and reset the workstation at the end of each production run

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• Provide support to other production lines as needed

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Prior assembly experience required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
