GPAC has partnered with a reputable and growing agronomic company looking to add an Experienced Retail Sales Agronomist to their team. This position offers an opportunity to grow professionally while playing a key role in helping farmers and growers maximize production while controlling pests. Key Responsibilities Make fertilizer, chemical, and seed recommendations to growers and farmers You will work alongside other agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities Facilitate positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote long-term repeat business Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions Forecast supply requirements by month and annual basis Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail agronomy sales in chemicals, fertilizer, and seed. A bachelor’s degree or higher in an agricultural related field Vast knowledge of crop production Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team Must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver’s license Please submit a current resume for consideration.
