ICU Registered Nurse

This position is for an ICU Registered Nurse with experience in critical care. The nurse will care for adult and geriatric patients with various critical care diagnoses, including neurological and cardiac conditions. The nurse will work in a unit that employs a staffing ratio of 1:2, with occasional adjustments to 1:3 as needed. Floating to other units may be required. The unit supports interdisciplinary teams such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Special procedures include rapid response teams and code response initiatives. Additional special equipment used in the unit includes intra-aortic balloon pumps and central lines.
