Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community in Robinsonville, MS. General working knowledge and experience in apartment maintenance required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Turning apartment units to rent ready. Preventative maintenance projects to be completed timely. HVAC (Preferred) - Repair and Replacement units Appliance repair Plumbing - faucet replacement, leak repair, water heater repair/replacement, drain cleaning Electrical - outlet/switch repair/replacement, breaker replacement, identify and repair electrical issues Painting Grounds upkeep Cleaning as needed/Power washing Maintain grounds work and keep curb appeal at the highest level. An eye for detail, cleanliness and organization Requirements: Willingness to take after hour emergency calls/occasional overtime. Valid driver's license required and reliable vehicle Passing of company background screening and drug testing Prior maintenance experience required - HVAC certification a plus High School Diploma/equivalent We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits, vacation, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
