Head of Talent (Digital/Creator)

We’re partnering with an established digital talent agency, supported by a major entertainment business, to hire a Head of Talent. This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to take ownership of the agency’s talent function, develop a team of managers and help shape the business’s next stage of growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO, influence key decisions and continue managing your own successful creator roster. It’s a leadership position that keeps you firmly connected to the work you enjoy. The opportunity You’ll be the senior point of contact for the Talent Management team, providing guidance on everything from creator strategy and commercial negotiations to roster development and team performance. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll continue representing established digital creators, developing their careers and generating new revenue opportunities. With the backing of a larger entertainment business, you’ll have the infrastructure to support growth and the autonomy to make a meaningful impact on how the agency operates. What you’ll be doing Leading, mentoring and developing the Talent Management team. Working directly with the CEO to shape the agency’s talent strategy and growth plans. Managing and expanding your own roster of established digital creators. Developing commercial opportunities through brand partnerships and alternative revenue streams. Identifying, approaching and signing new talent. Supporting managers with negotiations, creator relationships and career development. Setting standards and improving processes across the talent function. Helping build a high-performing team as the agency continues to expand. What we’re looking for We’re keen to meet established digital Talent Managers who combine strong commercial performance with the ability to develop and lead others. You’ll ideally bring: At least 5 years’ experience in digital talent management within an agency. Experience at Senior Talent Manager, Talent Director, Head of Talent or a comparable level. A proven record of building, managing and monetising a successful creator roster. An established book of business and talent relationships that could move with you. Strong billings and experience generating brand partnership revenue. Experience mentoring, managing or developing other Talent Managers. An established network across creators, brands and agencies. The confidence to make commercial decisions and operate independently. You should enjoy working directly with creators just as much as you enjoy helping other managers succeed. Why consider it?
