As a Shift Manager you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and help Team Members optimize their work. The successful applicant will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications: Experience in leadership, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Lead the shift – manage the Team Members on shift with you. Oversee the cash drawer. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Education and Experience Requirements: At least 1 year experience in the food industry Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Have open availability.
