Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by applying your expertise in makeup artistry and product knowledge.
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement, building relationships, and inspiring clients with your passion for beauty.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Be a brand ambassador, representing Charlotte Tilbury with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and industry insights to inform customers effectively.
- Previous experience in a beauty or luxury retail environment is preferred.
- Passion for makeup and skincare, with an understanding of beauty trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieving sales objectives while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
