Front Desk Sales Associate

Massae Envy Riverdale is looking for a friendly customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate Responsibilities Be the welcoming face of our Massage Envy Clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for wellness and helping others. Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage the appointment book. Promote Massage Envy memberships, packages, promotions and retail products to meet sales goals. Check Clients in and out, ensuring a smooth front desk experience. Maintain a clean and organized receptionist area and overall clinic. Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions. Support team members, therapists, stretch providers and estheticians with both administrative and clinic tasks as needed. Uphold Massage Envy policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and safety. Qualifications Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred (spa, salon or retail a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing and recommending memberships and services. Basic computer skills (booking systems/POS and Meevo experience a plus). Reliable, punctual and team-oriented. Availability to work Saturday with various shifts Monday thru Friday and Saturdays - No Sundays. Additional Information Be available to work Saturdays and various other weekday shifts.. Our spa clinic is open M-F 9am to 10 pm and Saturday 9am to 8pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
