Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions focusing on improving patient mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding patient therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in an inpatient setting.
• Current SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous travel experience required; new travelers not accepted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
• Capability to work one weekend per month as required by the facility.
