Overview The Wealth Relationship Management (Branch) Sr. Analyst SAFE Act is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to new techniques and process/workflow improvements. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and coordinates to support function and business objectives. Evaluates moderately complex issues with potential impact, balancing alternatives using multiple sources. Demonstrates good analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership within teams and may coach and train new recruits. Significant impact in project size/geography by influencing decisions through advice and facilitating services in area of specialization. Responsibilities Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of the affluent and High Net Worth segment through financial planning and strong discovery and profiling. Anticipate complex financial needs and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools based on client profiling. With product specialists, recognize and understand a client\'s banking, credit and investment needs and goals to provide holistic financial solutions. Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through high-touch, face-to-face meetings at the client\'s preferred location, consistent communication, and access to seminars. Master referral opportunities to grow the portfolio. Proactively source, acquire and expand high value client relationships by maximizing sale and service opportunities. Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate (including Lending Consultants, Financial Advisor, Small Business Partners, Relationship Manager, etc.). Organize client events to enhance client bonding. Acquire new clients through converting referral leads. Manage client follow-up and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures. Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to. Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure a positive in-branch experience. Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience. Strong analytical and financial skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience using NaviPlan Select or similar financial planning software preferred. Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred. Self-starter, problem solver and goal-oriented team player able to work without direction. Required current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 or equivalent. Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of starting in the role. Life Insurance Required. Must obtain within 120 days of meeting all US FINRA Registration requirements if not already held. This position requires registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and to maintain that registration, provide the unique identifier to consumers as required by SAFE Act regulations and Citi policies.
