Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, youll conduct material transactions and support production in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit.

What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

• Conduct material transactions according to production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP)
• Learn to operate various forklifts
• Read and understand job travelers and sales orders
• Perform cycle counts
• Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect purchased parts
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and coordination abilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English
• Willingness to participate in a pre-employment physical and drug test
