Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 02:00pm to 07:00am)

• Install, repair, and maintain all equipment and facilities within the manufacturing plant.
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, implementing necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
• Examine and thoroughly test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime to ensure proper functionality.
• Record critical operational data, including pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds, and speeds, for use in equipment setup and preventive maintenance records.
• Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Propose and implement continuous productivity, process, and quality improvement actions for all facilities.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting robotics and automotive systems.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices related to maintenance parts.
