We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with automotive parts needs, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Parts Counterperson Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter with parts selection and sales
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Locate and source parts that are not currently in stock
• Complete and manage special-order parts requests
• Communicate order status and availability with customers and service staff
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization of parts
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
• Comply with federal, state, and local automotive industry regulations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Parts Counterperson Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience or dealership experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and inventory system skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
