Summary:

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, PRESERVE has 17 professionals and manages a portfolio of 37 properties and 4,800+ units across Ohio, Utah, Texas, and Colorado, with approximately $800MM+ in assets under management.
Sequoia Partners is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper in Salt Lake City, Utah to help maintain the exterior appearance, landscaping, and overall curb appeal of multiple apartment communities. This role plays a key part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring that grounds are clean, safe, attractive, and well-maintained year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, flower beds, and other landscaped areas.
- Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and replace vegetation as needed.
- Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and debris from property grounds and common areas.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related tools.
- Monitor irrigation systems and report needed repairs or adjustments.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and property beautification initiatives.
- Maintain clean walkways, parking lots, courtyards, and exterior common areas.
- Remove snow and ice from walkways and entrances when required (if applicable).
- Identify and report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns.
- Support property management and maintenance teams with exterior projects and community preparations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with lawn care equipment and landscaping tools.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality grounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to travel between apartment communities as needed.
