Recruiter II

Recruitment SpecialistResponsible for attracting, evaluating, and referring qualified candidates for open positions through a variety of sourcing strategies, including career sites, employee referrals, direct recruitment, and external partners. Develops job postings, screens applicants, conducts initial candidate assessments, coordinates interviews, extends and negotiates offers, and supports the onboarding process.
