Licensed Call Center Consultant

Licensed Call Center Consultant, responsible for providing assistance and consultation in a remote full-time position, focusing on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for military members and their families. Key Responsibilities Respond to high-volume telephonic and chat contacts in a 24/7 Call Center environment Conduct comprehensive assessments of participant needs across various domains including emotional well-being and legal assistance Manage crisis situations and initiate appropriate referrals and interventions Required Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Minimum of one year of related professional experience, preferably in an EAP setting Knowledge of mandated reporting procedures Understanding of military lifestyle and culture Ability to pass background checks and maintain security clearance
