Overview Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for over 50 years as the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. The agency offers adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, crisis care, therapy programs, career development, wellness services, and primary care medical services. It operates as a trauma‑informed agency, creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. Position We are seeking a full‑time Clinical Therapist. The role involves providing client‑centered, trauma‑informed, structured, goal‑oriented, and time‑limited face‑to‑face individual and/or group therapy for clients facing mental health and/or substance use challenges, as well as personal and interpersonal concerns. Services are delivered in the context of the client’s Individualized Service Plan and may be offered in‑person or via telehealth. Hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Manager or Clinical Coordinator, in agency facilities or the community based on the Individual Care Plan. Assist in formulating Individual Care Plans and sign on all serviced clients. Provide crisis intervention services when needed. Maintain direct‑service productivity in line with agency standards. Maintain required documentation per agency standards. Participate in team meetings. Consult and collaborate with agency staff as requested by supervisor. Carry out agency policy and procedures, participate in community work, staff development, agency‑wide projects, and serve on committees or teams. Attend meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Master’s degree required. LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or other ODMH‑recognized status required. Must have completed a Master’s‑level internship with a concentration in psychotherapy OR have two years of work experience providing psychotherapy. CPR and First Aid certification. Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the agency’s commercial insurance carrier. If driving a personal vehicle for business, proof of insurance is required.
