Production Associate

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing and warehouse teams across client worksites. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow work instructions, assemble or package products, inspect items for quality, and keep your station clean and organized. You’ll safely use basic tools and equipment, meet production goals, and report defects or equipment concerns to a supervisor. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods, and ready to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior production experience is helpful but not required; training may be provided. This opportunity offers exposure to varied workplaces and a chance to build practical production skills.
