- Developing new logistics agents and maintaining good relationship with existing overseas agents from India,Middle East by promoting our strength in both sea and air freight
- Managing and optimizing customer resources to provide high-qualified customer service as logistics chain expert for agents and clients
- Training and leading the whole team in same trade in each branch to improve the trade performance and achieve the target
- Guiding the team to optimize buying rates as well as supplier system to secure competitiveness
- Assisting the Trade Director to run the trade in whole system including sourcing and selling
