Job Duties

• Responsible for daily shifts and communication between customer, drivers and leadership.
• Verify driver paperwork, close out loads
• Check backhaul report, route any missed backhauls
• Ensure accuracy of stop types and update as needed
• Plan salvage and backhauls
• Confirm PO and appointment requirements
• Build load board, set drivers up for shuttle moves and pallet deliveries
• Monitor call offs
• Confirm PTO requests

Requirements

• Need a strong knowledge of routing and transportation.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with load planning tools is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS office suite and logistic systems.
