We are currently seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our brand presence and day-to-day marketing efforts. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives. Compensation Rate: $18.00 Hourly Key Responsibilities: * Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) * Create engaging content including photos, videos, and captions * Monitor messages, comments, and online engagement * Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives * Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and highlight updates * Track basic performance metrics and engagement * Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Qualifications: * 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing preferred * Strong communication and creative skills * Familiarity with social media platforms and trends * Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, etc.) * Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Preferred: * Experience in hospitality or service industry * Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising * Cultural competency/ knowledge of Indian culture/ languages/ festivals preferred
