In this role, you’ll provide clinical oversight, guide and support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care throughout the night. You’ll partner closely with an experienced Director of Nursing while leading a team caring for residents with post-acute, higher-acuity, and complex medical needs. You’ll serve as the nursing leader on duty, supporting clinical decision-making, mentoring team members, coordinating resident care, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion. What You'll Do Lead and support nursing staff during your assigned shift Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Respond to clinical issues and changing resident needs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical oversight Foster a positive, collaborative work environment Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor: Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role Interest or experience in geriatrics Current BLS/CPR Experience with dementia population desirable This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
