Physical Therapist

Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing rehab team in beautiful South Texas. This role is primarily focused on 1:1 outpatient care , with occasional inpatient and swing bed coverage as needed.

Position Highlights

• Primarily outpatient therapy in a hospital-based clinic
• Inpatient/swing bed coverage required on Mondays and as needed
• 1:1 patient care model
• Supportive rehab team with experienced PT staff
• No major holiday requirements
• Stable full-time schedule with 8-hour day shifts

What You’ll Need

• Active Texas PT License
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Comfortable treating both outpatient and inpatient populations

Facility Overview

• Hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Swing bed/SNF unit with up to 24 inpatient beds
• EMR Systems: WebPT (outpatient) & TruBridge (inpatient)
