Woodward Park City is looking for a Seasonal Rental Technician to join our Guest Experience team. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will prepare, fit, and maintain rental equipment while providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for every guest. A community that celebrates action sports and individual style. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient rental experience. Fit rental equipment and explain proper use and safety. Inspect, tune, repair, and maintain equipment. Prepare and organize rental inventory for daily operations. Track equipment, maintenance, and inventory records. Process rentals, reservations, and transactions accurately. Complete opening, closing, cash-handling, and waiver procedures. Keep the rental shop clean, organized, safe, and guest ready. Support teammates and other resort operations as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, guest-focused approach with clear communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment tuning and repair. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Ability to learn rental systems, equipment standards, and safety procedures. Comfort working indoors and outdoors in winter conditions. Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods. Previous rental, retail, equipment service, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of action sports equipment and maintenance is preferred. Comfortable using computers and digital Point of Sale (POS) systems in a customer service environment. Support team members within the Guest Experience Department as needed You make us Woodward.
