Accounts Recievable Analyst II

MRI Software is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team! This individual will assist with all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process. They will also have the opportunity to work on departmental projects and to increase responsibility over timeWe are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team. It is vital that the Accounts Receivable Analyst builds and maintains close links with all clients, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of paymentsRESPONSIBILITIES:Contacting customers via phone and email to secure balance of debtReconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted forResearching discrepancies by checking bills and bank deposit records, as well as obtaining and investigating information from internal groups (e.g. Sales, Legal, etc.)Resolving customer disputes and escalate issues to the proper internal contactsRecording and updating customer account informationParticipating in other projects as assigned by management, including cross training within the departmentREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3-5 years of proven debt collection or related experience.Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem solving and time management skills.Experienced with Microsoft Excel and OutlookKnowledge of Intacct, NetSuite, or Salesforce is not necessary but is preferredBENEFITS:Career growth opportunities in a diverse and supportive work environment.Competitive Salary PackagePrime office location in Ortigas (Easy access to MRT stations, restaurants, and banks)Hybrid Working Arrangement (2 days WFH)HMO coverage with free dependent upon hireFree 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati)Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash)Plus additional benefitsAbout UsFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
