Perm - Home Health Manager (7a‑5p) A permanent, full‑time role overseeing operations and clinical quality of a home health care agency, managing a team of healthcare professionals who deliver care in patients’ homes. Job Functions Program Review – Reviews program for quality of care, accuracy, appropriate utilization of services and compliance with reimbursement criteria. (5% of time) Performance Management – Supervises direct reports and manages performance through coaching, feedback, and development to motivate a high‑performing team. (5% of time) Performance Management (Operations) – Monitors unit operations and provides input to performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. (5% of time) People Management Activities – Makes decisions for direct reports and performs performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews. (5% of time) Budget and Policies – Participates in developing, implementing, and managing the budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial goals. (5% of time) Patient Care Improvements – Compiles and analyzes clinical outcomes data and implements improvement plans to maintain high‑quality care. (5% of time) Compliance – Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies, including Federal, State, payer, and CHAP. (5% of time) Complaints Management – Investigates, evaluates, and resolves concerns of patients and reports to higher management. (5% of time) Patient Satisfaction Data – Monitors patient satisfaction data and identifies opportunities to improve patient experience. (5% of time) Patient Care Services Oversight – Provides oversight of all patient care services: coordinating care, referrals, assessing patient needs, and updating individualized care plans.
