Physician Assistant

St. Cloud Orthopedic Associates (SCO) is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our independently owned, physician-led orthopedic practice, where you’ll partner closely with surgeons to deliver high-quality, hands-on musculoskeletal care in both clinic and OR settings while building a long-term career in a community-focused organization. You’ll Perform orthopedic evaluations and screenings Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Assist in surgical procedures (1st or 2nd assist) Perform procedures such as injections, aspirations, suturing, pin removal Apply/remove casts, splints, orthotics, and dressings Provide patient education with compassion and clarity Document care in the EHR and coordinate with the care team Participate in rotating on-call schedule Support continuity of care across clinic and OR settings What We’re Looking For Master’s degree from an accredited PA program Current Minnesota PA license (or eligible) BLS/CPR certification Orthopedic experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply) Team-first mindset with strong clinical judgment Comfort in both clinic and surgical environments Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a hands-on clinical role involving patient mobility support, lifting, positioning, and procedural assistance in both clinic and OR settings.
