• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $69.33 $73.33 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (3x12 Hours), 6:45 19:15; University campus: 7:00 7:30; Nashoba, Marlborough, and Memorial campuses: 6:45 7:15
• Travel Requirements: Will float between 4 campuses; primary shift expected at Nashoba at least 2 shifts/week. The distance between Nashoba and University/Memorial is approximately 45 minutes; Marlborough is in between the two. Accepts first timers if they have the required experience.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) position at a freestanding ER where the candidate will primarily work independently as an RRT. The role may involve floating to one of three other campuses with advanced notice. The primary shift is expected to be at the Nashoba campus at least 2 shifts per week.

• Work primarily independently as an RRT at a freestanding ER location
• Float between 4 campuses as required, with the primary shift at Nashoba at least 2 shifts per week
• Provide care for pediatric tracheostomy patients
• Deliver adult critical care and pediatric respiratory therapy services
• Apply Level I experience in the clinical setting
• Utilize Epic for charting

• MA RRT license required (substitutions allowed if applied for within 24 hours of offer)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NRP certification preferred

• 2 3 years of experience required
• Must have Adult Critical Care and Pediatric experience
• Must have experience with pediatric trachs
• Level I experience required

• Adult critical care respiratory therapy
• Pediatric respiratory therapy
• Pediatric tracheostomy care
• Level I trauma/ER experience
• Epic charting system proficiency
• Ability to float between multiple campuses
• Ability to work independently in a freestanding ER setting

• NRP certification

• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend / every other holiday (EOW/EOH)
• Will float between 4 campuses: Nashoba (Groton, MA), Marlborough, University (Worcester, MA), and Memorial (Worcester, MA)
• Primary shift location is Nashoba; approximately 45-minute drive to University/Memorial campuses
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
