Location: First Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Panel Builder to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels in a clean, organized, temperature-controlled shop environment. This role is ideal for candidates with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or electrician apprentice experience who enjoy hands-on work and reading schematics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and wire electrical control panels from blueprints and electrical schematics.
Install and connect panel components using hand tools and power tools.
Inspect wiring layouts and verify accuracy against drawings.
Test and troubleshoot circuits using voltmeters, ammeters, and other electrical test equipment.
Label wiring, identify issues, and perform rework as needed.
Maintain quality, safety, and organization standards within the panel shop.
Work independently while supporting team production goals.
Qualifications
Experience with control panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related electrical work.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with electrical test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Electrician apprentice, HVAC electrical, maintenance technician, or industrial electrical experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
