Supply Chain Finance Compliance Associate Director - M6 - (Hybrid)

Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX. The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Responsibilities: Manage the weekly CPFR process with key accounts Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system SAP Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a business-related field 1+ years of work experience Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects Review detailed product development, marketing documents, and media materials Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
