About Us

Klaff Sports Physical Therapy is a female-owned, family-run outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pikesville, MD, serving the Baltimore community for over a decade.

We’ve recently expanded into a larger, open-concept space with a dedicated therapeutic fitness studio , and we’re continuing to build a practice that blends high-quality rehab with performance and wellness.

This is a PT-led environment —no corporate layers, no rigid protocols—just thoughtful care and a team that takes pride in what they do.

• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
