AnaMaria Rivera Law Firm, LLC, a boutique immigration practice with offices in Miami (Brickell) and Weston, FL, is seeking a Spanish Speaking Business Immigration Attorney with experience in employment-based immigration.

\n

\n

Our firm focuses on representing entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and highly skilled professionals seeking immigration solutions in the United States.

Practice Areas

\n

The attorney will work on employment-based immigration matters including:

\n

• EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions
\n
• EB-2 National Interest Waivers
\n
• PERM and EB-3 petitions
\n
• O-1 Extraordinary Ability visas
\n
• L-1 Intracompany Transfers
\n
• E-2 Treaty Investor visas
\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Draft and supervise preparation of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions
\n
• Prepare legal briefs and  adjudication letters for EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases
\n
• Draft responses to  Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
\n
• Conduct client consultations and immigration strategy sessions in Spanish
\n
• Supervise case preparation with paralegals and case managers
\n
• Maintain direct client relationships and oversee case progress
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
\n
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
\n
• 1-3 years of experience in  employment-based immigration law
\n
• Strong experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, L-1, or E-2 petitions
\n
• Fully bilingual in  English and Spanish (written and spoken)
\n
• Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills
\n
