This is an individual producer role where the top priority will be forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate is also committed to building relationships with internal enabling teams. You will be responsible for achieving application and sales goals in a competitive market. The guidance of a dedicated, professional, and tenured Sales Management team will support you. Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties / Responsibilities Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of related sales experience is required. Valid Driver’s License. Physical Requirements Up to 75% of travel.
