Responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
• Communicate clearly from the first call to the final delivery
• Take ownership of every sale without excuses
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
• Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together
• Live out Eagle Ridge's five values every day: Take Responsibility, Be a Fearless, Teamwork, Be Resourceful, Check Your Ego

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred (we'll train the right person with grit and drive)
• Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goals
• Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus

Compensation $85,000+ at plan Base + commission
