Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Blazer
About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge facilities.
How the Bartender works with the Team:
A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Create new drink menu items that are fun, creative, and trendyGreet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely mannerBe knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek providesServe the guests' selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek's policies and proceduresStock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstationComplete daily opening and closing checklistsProvide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the bestPerform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
Team Member Qualifications:
1-2 year of Bartending experience in a high-volume establishmentExcellent communication skillsProfessional, mature, and friendly demeanorWillingness to work as part of a teamMust have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practicesMust be 18 years of age or olderKnowledgeable in all areas of the bartending fieldAbility to work in a fast, upbeat environment
