We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist to work at our awesome school partner in Newark, DE. In this role, you will be working with a blended caseload of elementary school students for the 2026-2027 school year.

Your expertise will directly impact students' ability to communicate effectively, participate fully in classroom activities, and achieve their academic and social potential. • Location: Newark, DE 19702
• Start Date: August 18, 2026 - June 15th, 2027
• Salary Range: $60,000-80,000 (annualized, based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students to identify communication challenges for about 45 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, incorporating evidence-based therapy techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement effective communication strategies and support systems
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust therapy approaches accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate families on speech development milestones and provide guidance for ongoing support at home
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and compliance records in accordance with school policies

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with appropriate credentials for school settings
• Familiarity with school-based programs, IEP (Individualized Education Program) development, and multidisciplinary collaboration
