Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 28 Hours/Week | Stratford, NJ

Ameriwell Care is hiring a dependable, caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ .

This is a consistent 28-hour-per-week position supporting the same individual each week.

Schedule

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• 28 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support and companionship

• Assist with daily living activities and routines

• Support community outings and activities

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized home environment

• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed

• Follow the individual's service plan and established routines

• Complete required shift documentation

• Communicate professionally with the individual, family, and Ameriwell Care team

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely enjoys helping others . The right DSP will understand that consistency and building a trusting relationship are an important part of providing great support.

Experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Location: Stratford, NJ
Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Hours: 28 hours per week
