Your role on the team: Coordinates distribution and warehousing in a cross dock operation Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area Develops plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees Reviews costs and making changes/recommendations to maintain and enhance profitable operation of divisions Develops plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees Participates in marketing and sales efforts, ensuring assigned facilities have the resources necessary to meet company goals and objectives, as well as P&L responsibilities Supervises several warehouse positions to include Team Leaders and Operations Supervisor For food accounts, incumbent is responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
