Senior Solution Advisor (Enterprise West)

Requirements Demonstrates hunger, grit, passion, and a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic, and innovative environment Proven track record of exceeding goals and expectations Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments 5+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, including Presales, Implementation, Solution Consulting, or other customer-facing software positions Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), eProcurement, and Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solutions is preferred Experience with Intake Management, Expense Management, and AI-native solutions is a plus Background as a practitioner in Financial Accounting, Procurement, Finance, or Information Technology is a plus Previous solution consulting experience with platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, Concur, Medius, Basware, Zip, Ramp, Brex, NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle, or SAP is a strong indicator of success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience configuring software solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations and executive-level presentations Bachelor’s degree required What the job involves As a Senior Solution Advisor for our Enterprise West team, you won’t just demonstrate software—you will act as a trusted advisor for some of the world’s most sophisticated enterprises You will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and Coupa’s AI-native Business Spend Management (BSM) platform, fundamentally changing how companies optimize their financial health Drive Value-Based Transformations: You will lead the discovery process to uncover deep operational inefficiencies across finance, procurement, and IT. By designing and delivering tailored, value-driven platform demonstrations and executive presentations, you will show Enterprise prospects how Coupa can exceed their business goals and unlock measurable value Act as a Strategic Deal Partner: Partnering closely with the Enterprise Sales team, you will co‑captain the sales cycle. You will own the technical and functional strategy Influence the Future of BSM: As a subject matter expert on the front lines, your insights will matter.
