Hiring: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud) Location: New York, NY 10041 (Hybrid) Job Type: Long-Term Contract (Initial 8-week assignment with strong extension potential) Start Date: August 3, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week) Pay Rate: $72–$75/hour on W2 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions that improve business processes and user experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure, customize, test, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Translate business requirements into functional Oracle HCM solutions. Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and recommend system enhancements. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM data. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and coordinate resolutions. Support data migration activities while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues. Required Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst . Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud . Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including: Core HR Payroll Time and Labor Absence Management Reporting Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud , system integrations, and data migration. Experience with Scheduling using any scheduling platform. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Public Sector or Healthcare industry. Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
